This 3-month Summer Fitness Bootcamp can help you sculpt and tone your muscles, promote weight loss, prevent injury, and strengthen your bones, by providing the foundational strength you need to excel in all areas of fitness.

No matter what your fitness goals are, strength training is an essential part of your program! This 6-week Tumamoc Hill Challenge is a sure way to fire up, sculpt and tone your muscles, promote weight loss, and increase your overall health.

Max Capacity: 20 people.

Start Date: 9/7/2022

Duration: 6 weeks

Times/Date: Every Sunday morning at 6 am and Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm or if you can't make it don't worry will have you post when you go!

Price: $100 Cash

  • “Tumamoc Hill Challenge ” t-shirt.
